Subsidy schemes for setting up agriculture processing industries, warehouses, cold storage, pack houses, milk chilling plants, etc.

For Expert Consultancy

50% of capital cost, up to ₹1 crore.
Interest subsidy of 6% for 5 years, up to ₹1 crore.
Capital subsidy for other eligible entrepreneurs:-
- 25% of capital cost, up to ₹50 lakh.
- Interest subsidy of 5% for 5 years, up to ₹50 lakh (processing units) & ₹1 crore (infrastructure).
Additional Capital Subsidy:-
- 10% extra for farmers (up to ₹1 crore) & other entrepreneurs (up to ₹50 lakh) if supported under central government schemes.
Special Benefits for Backward Regions & Categories:
- Extra 1% interest subsidy for units in tribal areas, backward districts, SC/ST, women, and youth (below 35 years).
Ease of Land Use Conversion:-
- No land conversion required for setting up food processing units up to 10 hectares.
Electricity Reimbursement & Solar Power Incentives:
- ₹1 per unit reimbursement, up to ₹2 lakh annually for 5 years.
- 30% subsidy on solar energy plants, up to ₹10 lakh.
